I'm not one to ever write reviews, but I felt this one was important. My daughter was admitted to the children's floor in this hospital & I was so surprised on how dirty these rooms were. I looked like no one cleans the rooms, let alone deep cleans.
There was clumps of hair in the drain, soap scum on walls and shower heads, knobs, clubs of hair throughout the room, caps of medicine on floor, black mold around the floor, dust on every corner and on top of furniture. You can tell no one wipes down the cribs, tables, chairs.
After 2 days in, and telling nurses how dirty this room was my husband complained and the head nurse, sanitation manager all came to speak to us. They said it's on old hospital and asked if there's anything they could do. They moved us into a new room which I was grateful for but it shouldn't take for us to complain to get things to be cleaned.
This is a children's hospital, every inch of those rooms should be deep cleaned and sanitized before a new patient gets admitted to them. There should be no excuse for uncleanliness.

My son was admitted into the hospital the entire staff was GREAT, even the emergency room service was quick. Normally you wait hours just to get a temperature check but not here!!!! I would like to thank nurse "TT" SHE WAS PHENOMENAL!!! If we had more nurses like her this world would be a better place. I'm not leaving out the other staff they were great too. I also want to give a special thanks to the little cleaning lady she was very nice as well. THANK YOU.
SERVICE WAS A 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!

My family spent four days in pediatrics being well taken care of by the staff there during my son's outbreak from a virus. I wish I can remember all of their names but Elisha was super kind and helpful and so was Jen throughout our stay! This is me and my family's preferred hospital because of the genuine care that is provided.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the Maternity Unit. I had my 1st baby here 2 years ago and I received spectacular service back then, so I had no hesitation in returning to have my second baby here. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone that asks me. Unfortunately, my baby had to stay in the NICU for a week, but all the nurses and doctors eased my worries and I was able to go home without him, knowing that he was in good hands.

If I could give zero stars, I would. It has taken me all this time to find the strength to talk about what happened to me in that delivery room in 2022. I was induced at your hospital not because I wanted to but because I had no other option I was diagnosed with cholestasis . From the very beginning, things felt wrong. Jenny, the nurse in charge, seemed nice at first. She told me I couldn't have a certain pain medication because my baby's heart rate kept dropping; but no one told me the truth, that his cord was around his neck. You all knew and kept it from me.
I was given drugs that left me out of it, vulnerable and in pain. When the pain became unbearable I begged for relief, and another nurse gave me more medication even though I wasn't supposed to have any because of the baby's heart rate. Whose job is it to track a patient's chart? It's not mine. It's yours. But you didn't care enough to check.
Then my labor moved fast, just like I told you it would. I started pushing and instead of helping me, the staff yelled at me to stop. Listen to me: a woman in labor cannot just stop her body from pushing. How can you be trained professionals and still treat a laboring mother like that? Only later did you finally say to stop because the cord was around his neck. Why wasn't I told sooner? Why wasn't someone prepared to act? I told the nurses to stop talking to me in a bad way because they were being nasty
And one nurse decided to humiliate me in front of everyone, telling me not to talk to "my nurse" like that and then mocking me, "Why is she screaming so much, isn't this like her sixth kid?" Shame on you. Shame on you for speaking to a woman at her most vulnerable moment with such cruelty. Shame on you for taking advantage of my pain and fear.
When my son finally came out, he was limp, You just placed him on my chest like nothing had happened. I tried to apologize which I never should of in the first place and all I got from Jenny was was just trying to help? Help how by dehumanizing me? By allowing your staffs to bully me? No I take that apology back I should of never apologize for standing up for myself and all of this went on while I was pushing my son out! I was left terrified, traumatized, and completely alone. Out of everyone in that room, only one nurse had the decency and humanity to apologize and tell me that's not how a woman should be treated while bringing life into the world. The rest of you should feel deep shame for how you treated me and my baby.
