Gloria, at the front desk, navigated my crazy insurance puzzle like a champ. She managed to get the answers I needed in minutes, although I had been trying for a week. She is cheerful, knows what to do and then DOES it! Michelle is so calm and patient. She is very pleasant and a good listener. She did my EKG quickly and professionally, although my anxiety was through the roof, coming in on a day when I was on only a few of my regular meds because of severe recurring hives. I was in pain, but she was gentle and reassuring. And Dr. Ross Goodfellow? He was the BEST. He actually had me laughing at one point. He explained everything so thoroughly that my mind was finally put at ease. He listened carefully and was absolutely engaged, during my entire appointment. He answered all questions, and never made me feel rushed. I went into this office, on the verge of tears with pain and anxiety. I left, calmed and feeling secure that I had just been to the best cardiologist's office in the state.
