The office staff was very welcoming professional and efficient from check in to check out. The nurse was very professional and courteous. Dr Hon was very sharp. He went over my ekg and meds, and I am confident that I'm in good hands.
What a great practice and Dr! This was my first visit and the front staff was so welcoming and kind! And Dr. Rosen was a gem to find. Great bedside manner, did his homework on my previous notes from other practice I transferred from and also was very communicative in his thoughts on what I should do next. Hard to say you look forward to going back to see a doctor, but I actually do, if needed. Highly recommend.
As always, the entire process was so smooth and efficient. Dr. Hon, for fifteen years now, has taken such good care of me. Stenting, PAD care and ordering Coranary Artery Bypass surgery at the Shipley Center with Dr. DeFrane. I would not be here today without their expertise. I remember about six years ago at my first evaluation appointment with Dr DeFrane at the Shipley Center. I had some questions and Dr DeFrane immediately called Dr Hon and described what he was seeing in my heart pictures and they discussed on speaker the options and what needed to be done. I felt so confident in the path forward after that discussion! They are the best!
