I had previously been admitted for chest pains, and Dr Thano ordered an ECG, 24-hour heart monitoring, and an EKG. I had a follow-up EKG yesterday with Dr. Koop, and his cardiology team. They are very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. I would emphatically recommend their clinic to anyone seeking good cardiology care. Moreover, they called me to schedule this appointment.

I was in Cape Coral Hospital diagnosed with afib and I saw a cardiologist there who works for LPG Cardiology. The Dr. was very helpful and put me on blood thinners and said I could have a procedure in 3 weeks to shock my heart to get the rhythm back to normal. I was discharged and told to follow up with the cardiologist for an appt in 1 week. When I called for an appt. I was told August (its currently May 31). I explained my situation and the need to see someone in 1 week and the woman told me " they always say that". This is about the rudest and most uncaring thing someone can say. I spent 2 days in the hospital and now on meds and I have to stress now about following up myself while being at risk for stroke. I would avoid this place at all costs. They don't deserve to have any patients for their total lack of caring and concern.
