Dr. Idiculla is rolling in his grave as to how Dr. Joseph is allowing this office to be run. Although I do not like Dr. Joseph as a provider (I very rarely see him) and we miss Dr. Joe greatly, I did continue to see his NPs. As a patient who has worked in the medical field, this office appears to be highly toxic and is witnessed by patients waiting. Waiting for long periods of time, due to overscheduling. The one girl, Wendy at the front desk is not a good representation for this office (front line), as she was gossiping with some older woman about the other employees, within hearing range of patients. This has happened more than once that I have seen, and was witnessed by someone else who waited two hours in the office to see Dr. Joseph (she left, stating she would never return) that I had referred to him previously. The scheduling at this office is outrageous, as it appears they are all about money instead of quality of care. Dr. Joseph, man up and get this office into shape, as I went to make an appointment with my NP and found out you have lost yet one more. I, as a patient will no longer go to your practice, since you cannot seem to keep good employees!!! OPEN YOUR EYES, Doc!!!

well, once again, three months later, I've received another statement for another $30 cancellation fee, what is wrong with this office? I called and canceled that appointment. Then I called and spoke with the billing department, Thought it was cleared up not the case three months later, I received another one. Is it going to happen for the rest of my life?? come on billing department with technology these days this shouldn't keep happening over and over!!

Dr Joseph is amazing! Front staff is great as well. Unfortunately the gentleman doing the CT, Eric, is not. Not sure if it's incompetence or just straight out arrogance. Went to go get my CTA done and he attempted 3 times to start an IV on me WITH NO GLOVES. and then when I asked if it's normal practice for him to do so he responded with "depending on the patients history" ....what about your own history sir??? When he couldn't get it the third time I said we were done bc I couldn't stand being used as a pin cushion. When I said to stop he kept fishing to try and make the iv work and that's a big no for me. When I asked for a bandaid bc I was bleeding i got a "sure if you need one." I just hope I don't get an infection from his dirty work and only because there was no hand hygiene done. It's been a few hours and my arm is still in pain and having nerve pain.

My first visit was today and the front desk staff was excellent. Very efficient. The nurse that took my new patient info was so nice and very thorough. I saw Dr. Joseph and his assistant and they both very nice. Good listeners and did not dismiss me. They took their time explaining everything and letting me ask questions until I was satisfied. I was impressed. Thank you to the entire office.
