Florida Cardiology Group

I needed a chemical Stress test and it was scheduled at Florida Cardiology Group, on 8/22/25. I wanted to personally thank Lori and Ben for their caring and compassion treatment of me. With a bad hip, they lifted me up on the chair. They helped set my mind at ease. Thank you so much Ben and Lori.

The office staff and dr are not the greatest at all. They constantly change appointments and last minute cancel because the dr is "on vacation" they also wait last minute to do any insurance approvals for procedures. Will definitely be calling around for another cardiologist for my mother.

Office staff is incompetent and don't ever expect your appointment to be on time.

Called to make an appointment on June 9th as a referral from my primary care. The first available was July 31st. Get a voicemail today (7/27/2023) from their office stating that my appointment needs to be rescheduled. I called back and the next available offered is September 1st. I explained that this is ridiculous. I have been waiting over a month for this appointment and you cancel on me. They replied, "are you having problems?"... then offered August 18th as the next available. I told them to cancel everything and will contact my insurance and primary care. Maybe the doctors are good, but the front office with scheduling is inconsiderate and ridiculous.

Their incompetent staff has repeatedly called my mother about appointments for my father who recently passed away, to the point of harassment. We have told them several times that he has passed and to stop calling but the entire staff, both doctors and office, cannot seem to get the message and continue calling and upsetting us. If I worked here I'd be completely embarrassed and ashamed at how disorganized this office is, but these people apparently have no shame or care for their patients.
