The officer staffs efficiency is not well trained. Scheduling for a follow up is a nightmare. Trying to schedule a procedure is terrifying. Im afraid if there is an issue no one will answer the call and worse, Dr Moore will not recieve the call. Receptionist are nice, they need to learn triage techniques.

I didn't get the chance to see the cardiologist, so this review is strictly about the front office and scheduling. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM. I wrote it down in three different places: my written calendar, my phone, and my planner. When I arrived, I was told the appointment was actually at 10:30 AM, and that I had missed it. I never schedule morning appointments, and certainly never anything before 11:00 AM, so it's clear that the appointment time was changed without notifying me. When I brought this up, the receptionist asked if I wanted to check with the doctor, but at that point, I was already frustrated by the clear breakdown in communication. This kind of scheduling error wastes patients' time and undermines confidence in the office's reliability. If appointments are going to be rescheduled, patients should be notified clearly and directly, not left to show up and be turned away. To make matters worse, I was recently hospitalized two months ago, and this cardiology visit was a referral I had been waiting for. After all that time, to finally get in and have the appointment time changed on me without notice is incredibly disappointing.

I love Dr. Moore. He listened to me and my concerns. He explains everything so you can understand it I would highly recommend him.

Nice doctor, easy to talk to. Not an MD however. Another star off because the clinic has no online portal and it's difficult for someone who is hearing impaired if they can't read the report. Getting a heart scan you are sent to another facility and then it's difficult to get the report sent to the doctor. They need to modernize.

The doctor and the nurse that gave me the EKG was great. But I have never dealt with such a horrible inconsiderate and rude staff ever in my life. Shame on them for lack of respect. I said two hours past my appointment time. I will never return because of the front desk staff and one nurse that came from the right side of the office. William Cook.
