Dr.Grover is wonderful,but the front office staff never answer the phone, was on hold for 20 minutes no one picked up. Tried to call for the next 3 days still no response. Had a7am appointment for a echo no one in the office doors still locked at 710. Have no idea when someone will arrive. This appointment was canceled by their office 3 times before now I'm sitting outside still waiting for someone to open the office. Very disappointed. It's now 715 still no one here. Just found out they moved diagnostics to the building behind them. They should place a note on front of office stating that. Love Dr. Grover services.

Should not have to wait over an hour and an half after my scheduled appointment to be seen. I do not know what the point of appointments are if you are expected to wait anyways. Getting off work to come to a scheduled appointment is hard enough. They booked me and someone else at the same exact time which makes no sense. I have been told by the front desk that I only had 15 minutes to wait which was a lie. Then the manager comes out after I asked again about the status of my appointment and she told me 10 more minutes. Seemed like both gave me an answer I wanted to hear instead of telling me the truth about the crap scheduling that was made and how long I was actually going to be waiting. Scheduling office needs to work on it because I know I'm not the only one.

I have never experienced such unacceptable wait time for a Dr office!! I have been on hold for 53 minutes and still waiting just to schedule a follow up. This is totally unacceptable for a Dr office!!! Get a answering service Can someone answer the phone. This is a 3rd day of being put on hold. What's wrong with you people?? Just awful awful ethics of business and a Dr office at that!!!!

Office Manager (Ms. Salathiel Braxton) and the two ladies at the front desk are outstanding. They have shown to be very professional in situations when others do not. These ladies truly show empathy to all patients concerns. Just love how they handle themselves and business. Excellent Customer Service skills.

EVERYONE that I had the pleasure of interacting with in this office was awesome. The customer service here is outstanding! Professional, knowledgeable, courteous people all around. Thank you
