Dr Rodriguez was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered all my questions with an explanation that was very easy for me to understand. I'm so glad that I found him and would certainly refer anyone who needs a Neurologist to him. His office staff was also friendly and helpful. He would certainly get more than 5 stars if they were available.

Excellent! Dr Rodriguez came highly recommended by several colleagues. Dr Rodriguez has a very pleasant bedside manner and took his time listening to our concerns and doing his evaluation of my father. We were seen in a timely manner, the front office staff was very kind and helpful. We had a great appointment and we look forward to continuing care for my dad.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Felt Dismissed and Stereotyped I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. I waited an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment time to be seen, only to receive just six minutes of the doctor's time. I came in hoping to understand lingering side effects from a head injury I sustained a year ago. I had never been evaluated by a doctor after the initial hospital visit due to not having insurance, so I brought my CT scan results hoping for clarity. Within the first two minutes, without me mentioning medication at all, the doctor abruptly said, "We don't give out pills here, you need a psychiatrist," as if I was there just to seek drugs--which I absolutely was not. I felt immediately stereotyped and dismissed. When I tried to explain my situation, he cut me off and said, "This was a year ago, what do you want me to do?" and "Another CT scan will show the same thing." I left feeling belittled, misunderstood, and deeply disappointed. I paid $50 out of pocket for a visit that left me more confused than before. I was seeking professional guidance, not medication--and instead, I was treated with assumption and impatience. I hope others have a better experience, but this was a complete waste of time and money for me. I asked if they would please send me a summary of my appointment.And I still have never received that. The office was dingy but I would have overlooked this if I felt the doctor was there to help me.

This was not our first visit with Dr. Rodriguez. But he continues to exhibit a very high quality of professionalism in his work. He is very efficient, personable, and willing to spend as much time as necessary to address our issues. His staff, likewise is friendly and accommodating to our needs. We are pleased to continue seeing Dr. Rodriguez for our future needs.

Dr Rodriguez is fantastic. He listens, ask questions and is concerned for you. Maggie and Maria ate also fantastic. They greet you with a smile and ready to help you in every way. We have been going to Dr Rodriguez for many years and are completely satisfied.
