If I could give 6 stars I would but 5 will have to do. I was a patient for same day (outpatient) surgery. Every step of the way from pre op labs and registration to the nurse who escorted me out to my car after my surgery, everyone was top notch. I can not remember everyone's names but the gentleman who brought me to my preop room, my nurse Angela in outpatient who did my intake and started my IV, Dr. Patel the MD anesthetist, Christian the CRNA, the nurse who cared for me post op was super compassionate feeding me ice chips and making sure I was completely comfortable (I don't know her name because I was so out of it but her care was memorable), and my post op nurse Alex who made sure I had everything I needed up until I was seated in my car, EVERYONE involved in my care was next level exceptional, stellar people. Last but not least, Dr. Wayne Lee MD, my surgeon, I wouldn't have had it any other way. I was in the best hands today. If I ever have to do it again, I'm gonna do it at Brandon Hospital.

My husband had a gastric sleeve surgery done with Dr. Adam Golas. I'm very happy and thankful. My husband recovered excellent in the surgery. Dr. Golas treated us like family. He's an excellent doctor and has good vibes. I am also very thankful for the RN's. Tranh and Nicole. They treated him extremely well. Luz Hall

I spent a few weeks in the Labor & Delivery unit, followed by time in the NICU after my baby was born, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the incredible care we received. From the moment I arrived, every nurse, doctor, and staff member went above and beyond to make sure both my baby and I were safe, comfortable, and cared for with genuine compassion.
The L&D nurses were truly angels -- patient, kind, and so attentive. They took the time to explain every step, calm my fears, and treat me not just as a patient, but as a person going through one of the most emotional experiences of her life. Their encouragement and gentle care made all the difference during a challenging time.
Love you all!
When my baby was in the NICU, I witnessed the same level of dedication and love from the NICU nurses and staff. They cared for my little one as if he were their own -- celebrating every tiny milestone and offering endless reassurance and support to me. Their professionalism and compassion truly shine, and I will always be thankful for the way they cared for our family.
I highly, highly recommend L&D at Brandon Hospital to every expectant mother -- especially those with high-risk pregnancies. You will be in the best hands possible. The team here is extraordinary, and their kindness and expertise turn what could be an overwhelming experience into one filled with hope, trust, and gratitude.

This is the worst of the worst. The Dr, the nurse, only good thing are the tech.
Green Tower A232 My father 96 y/o there for AMS, hgb 5.4... given blood unit... ect....fast forward..... Saturday had golytely prep (was effective) then NPO after midnight (Sunday), I revisited Sunday at 5pm (17 hours later). He was still NPO, and no IV fluids was initiated until I ASKED for it. Why in the world, these nurses can not use their common sense? 17 hours later? knowing this patient had diarrhea all night from the prep and nothing to eat or drink.
Dr ordered normal saline ???? NORMAL SALINE!!! not D5 solution but NS.
Blood sugar 59...what did they expect?
Come Monday morning, I visited 0945, patient now on clear fluid, I found a 50 mLbag of iron hanging but not infusing, not even one pump. I asked nurse Kristy about it, she said his IV was infiltrated and she was going to insert another one to get the iron.
After 5 unsuccessful attempt, she was going to contact the vascular team.
no vascular team showed up when i left at 1230. I called 2 hours later and spoke to the charge nurse Bella that I was following up if the IV was inserted.
She said no because the doctor was ok to leave the IV out. How? I explained to her that the patient never got the iron infusion that was scanned since 0900 (also charged to the pt) and never given because of the IV cath infiltrated. She didn't seem to care. This is the kind of nurses they have working .... NOone cares....
I tried to get in touch with nurse manager Shawn McCreedy, not available...I'm not allowed to speak to the administrator so they say.....
No problem. The world need to know about this sorry of a hospital.

I had a great experience with the staff at the hospital. I had Dr. Adam Golas and his team performed a gastric sleeve and it came out successful with no complications. And I would also like to mention the RN's that helped me out. I think Tranh and Nicole were very kind and helpful. This hospital is top notch.
