The medical part is all right. Haley is helpful. The people in billing are rude. They can't give you any information. They won't even tell you their name. They wanted my full name well here it is and I'm going to report you to consumer affairs and anyone else I can think of how about that?

I cannot get ahold of anyone to schedule an appointment. Left multiple messages, tried requesting an appointment online, tele med request everything. Currently on a 20 min hold typing this message. Less than a week left on my medication and have been trying to get a refill. Hoping this 1 star will get me a call back

All I can say is find you another doctor office! I really like my Dr and her assistant however that office staff is terrible. I will take my and my family's business elsewhere. Sad part they don't seem to even care. Good luck getting anyone on the phone.

I shouldn't even be able to give a 1 star for this type of service. Hello. Please send my Allergy Lab Order Requiest sent to Quest Diagnostics in Valrico FL. I can not seem to get an appointment done for my labwork to be done for my allergist doctor there at Florida Mrdical Clinic at Brandon. I have called multiple times and I never get someone to answer just the recording over and over again except for last week I was finally able to speak to someone (who she did not mentioned her name and like she did not want to and had an attitude and did not have a smile on her voice) I asked to be scheduled for an appointment for my lab work she just transfers me over someone and the call gets disconnected. I should take over your Training for these people. As I am a Medical Office Administrator and Medical Assistant Technician/Manager. AA.AS College Diploma as well.

My final visit to this office for primary care was one of the worst doctor's visits I have ever had in my life. Granted, I was crying / emotional because I had been given bad news right before going into my appointment regarding my health insurance. I understand if someone is awkward around a person who is crying, but a kind solution to that would have been to maybe let me have 5 minutes to calm down before asking me if I plan on killing myself. I was not feeling suicidal at all until honestly AFTER this horrific appointment. The woman I saw is a PA under Dr. Zaccari, I cannot remember her name but rather than giving me a minute to take a breath she stood in the corner of the room like she was trying to get away from me and asked 3 or 4 times if I was suicidal. I was trying to explain my situation so she would stop asking that, and she would not listen to me. I had been having trouble with my health and it was causing me to miss work, I had gone in hoping to get a referral to a GI specialist and to get a note for my job. She provided neither of these things, did not listen to a word I said, and basically accused me of being suicidal and that the health issues were in my head. I left feeling a hundred times worse than I entered and have not been back for primary care since. I would highly recommend seeking primary care elsewhere.
