Had an appointment at 3pm. Had to leave work early. When I arrived I was told my appointment was cancelled yesterday. I was supposed to have an echo 4 months ago but due to circumstances I did not have it. I was told my appointment was a follow up for the echo and nothing else. 4 years ago I had 4x bypass surgery. I guess I don't need routine exams anymore. The office said I was notified yesterday at 2 pm. I was not. They could not care less. They just let me turn and walk away. They don't treat people like they matter. They don't care about your time. Only theirs. I do not recommend this office.

I made an initial appointment with this office because I was having chest pains. When I went in for my consultation I was informed by Dr. Gandhi that all of the tests I needed to have done had to be scheduled separately or my insurance wouldn't pay for them, so then I would have to pay a co-pay each time. I called my insurance company to verify because that didn't sound right. I was then informed by my insurance company that I could have done the tests in one visit, possibly two since two of the tests needed to be preapproved. I called back to talk to the office manager, Faye, to get more clarification around why I needed to do all of these appointments and tests separately. She told me that they don't verify it with each insurance company, they assume they won't pay or will pay at a discounted rate and that it is office policy to schedule them all separately and to charge the patient their co-pay at each visit. When I questioned further she asked me if I wanted to cancel the rest of my appointments as this is office policy. This is not acceptable to me, and will not be going back to this office. Any office that uses a patient's sickness or ailment to get more money from the patient trying to make sure they are okay and healthy is a scam and irresponsible of the doctor's office.

I have been a continuous patient of this practice for over 25 years and in that time I have come to think of the staff as part of my family. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff or the doctors. In particular, Dr. Saba Thangam has done an outstanding job keeping me alive. Since 2001 I have suffered 10 heart attacks, and he has been with me every step of the way, day or night, weekends or holidays. If you are in need of cardiac care, I cannot strongly enough recommend this practice.

The staff is rude and run very late. Today the dr was not in and they took it like a party. Advised echo associate about pain and she shrugged and made a off the cuff statement then she ask why was my blood pressure high. Well let's see I thought to myself. 45 minutes late. Front desk has to call echo girl and I can here front desk and echo girl making fun of me. If I didn't have a immediate need for a cardiologist . I would have run out and let them keep the co pay. Stay away, people need to be treated with dignity not made to feel indignant !

I am a heart patient with 2 stents. I met Dr. Adithya Gandhi and presented with my history of heart problems and expressed my concerns. Dr. Gandhi listened patiently to the issues I raised, conducted appropriate tests and explained the results. He does not beat around the bushes, and he is thorough and up to the point. I have been to few other cardiologists and one even said that I am getting old and I will have the problems that I am complaining about. I said him good-bye.
