Very clean, welcoming BUSY environment. The nurses, techs and doctors were very friendly! Very professional, but laid back enough to make you feel comfortable. No lolligagging. I got in with only a short wait time. And seen the doctor right away! Noooo long waiting time in the exam room. Only one small ding...and that's the parking lot. I use a walker so part of the walk across the parking lot was veeeeery shaky because It was hard gravel.

On July 8, 2025, I was fitted with a Holter monitor for a two-week period. During the appointment, the technician reviewed the instructions with me and explained that I should see a certain number of lights on the device. I immediately informed her that I was only seeing one light. She assured me not to worry and stated that she had been doing this for many years. Trusting her guidance, I left and followed the instructions she provided. At my follow-up appointment, my physician informed me that the monitor had only recorded three hours of data over the entire two-week period. After the appointment, I went home and called the technician to report the issue with the device--the same issue I had raised before leaving the office. I left a detailed message but never received a return call. When I later received a bill for my portion of the charges, I contacted the billing department and asked to speak with the supervisor (Jamie, ext. 107). She told me the monitor had been reviewed by a doctor and therefore I was responsible for the charges, despite the device being faulty and the technician having been alerted to the problem. There was no concern shown and no effort to resolve the situation. I requested to speak with the manager and left several thorough messages at extension 228, but I never received a call back. I have since reported the matter to my insurance company, which stated they will investigate. Having worked in the medical profession for many years, I understand what quality care and service look like--this experience was not that. I rarely write reviews, but when communication fails at every level, it becomes necessary to speak up. Consider this a warning for others.

Mindy Connors was absolutely amazing. I could not get over how thorough she was and how much she covered. Also, she had knowledge that other doctors will skip over. She made sure I did not leave there without any of the paperwork that I needed. She had everything copied labeled written out Perfectly. I highly recommend her as a matter of fact, I told my husband in the car that I was thinking that from now on, I would see her instead of DrKhant all the time because he's so busy that I'd rather see her because she really has it on the ball

Two days post op. Dr. Misiri was incredible. However, I'm trying to get some pain relief but whoever was on call sounded uninterested and told me she can't help just go to er. I can't drive...and I have no fever or bleeding. She hung up before I could even ask what I'm allowed to take for pain. This is very unacceptable and doesn't reflect Dr. Misiris level of care at all!! I'm anniyed

Dr. Chokshi is excellence! I've been his patient for 16 years and he is the best. I don't need to write much about him since "excellence" simply describe Dr. Chokshi. I recommend him without hesitation. Thank you Dr Chokshi for being part of my healthcare team.
