I first received a call about my appointment on 4/01/22, the office representative who left a message Stated verbatim, "you have an appointment in our office on Tuesday at 9am!"
The name of Dr or office were not identified in the message. This appointment was made by my Dr's office so I was not aware as to which appointment the young lady was referring to in her message. When I called back the number left in my Voice mail I was always placed on hold immediately by the young man who answer the initial call each time with a wait time of over 15 minutes(because that's when I hung up the phone as my patience ran out). On the morning of the appointment I called and again was placed on hold for an obscene amount of time, by my second call I refused to be placed on hold again and I explained why,(each time I was left on hold for over 15 minutes) I asked If I could reschedule he informed me I could but the next available appointment would be over a month. I decided to keep my appointment I canceled my scheduled work shift. I arrived on the premises with 10 minutes to spare only to spend that time looking for parking. I didn't want to park across the street in hospital parking because of my knee pain so I circled the parking lot severally until I found a spot. Now alittle late I made my way to the office only to wait in queue for an additional 15minute, I explained to the receptionist that I am late will I still be seen, she said yes and proceeded to check me in and collect my co-pay. I then took a seat in the waiting room for what seemed like 30 minutes could be more only to be called by the same receptionist who checked me in to be told the Dr said,"she can't see me because it will push back her schedule further. It wouldn't have been so bad if I did not call first or if I did not ask the receptionist first if I could be seen. Front end procedures really need more organized hands on deck and everyone to be on the same page. The front desk staff were polite but they all seem to be under a lot of stress. The young man who places people on hold for such a long time needs to be told that is not allowed.

Absolutely the worst most unprofessional Dr I have ever been to. Went today to have my Warfarin refilled because I was referred by MCR. Was told Cardiologist don't write warfarin, when they have done it before, and family practices won't do it because it's literally a heart medication. Then had the Dr. I was seeing tell another Dr. that," you know you can't believe those kind of people." When I had mentioned I finally had gotten approved for Medicaid's after trying for literal years. I guess since I'm poor and I sin different than that particular Dr. I'm a lesser human. I wouldn't send my dog to those men.

Terrible service. I was told my appointment was at 9:30 and to be 20 minutes early but I am still waiting here an hour later after being told constantly that the doctor is coming. Terrible service.

I had a 10:30 Appointment with the dermatologist. I arrived 10 minutes early. I'd already pre signed in, online. Waited 1 hour, then asked them to refund my $60 co-pay. I didn't like verifying my personal information, with a room full of people listening, either. Just ask me for my ID, simple. Poor people, get treated poorly. I will never go back there again. The employees are talking loud, it's a unprofessional setting. You can hear them, while you're in the waiting area. I'm sorry, it is, what it is. I said, what I said.

I have been a patient at this organization for years. I have been a patient of Dr. Schmidt's for a little over a year and there aren't words to describe how confident he made me feel during my journey. He treats his patients like people and gives his undivided attention. I highly recommend this office.
