Was a great experience. From the front desk ladies. They made me feel welcome. The nurse was so sweet she was very patient with me. Explained everything to me of what was happening. The doctor was great took his time with me. Explained what was going to happen with meds and a stress test. Thank you so much I feel like I'm in good hands.
The receptionists are efficient & pleasant. The nurse treated me respectfully & relayed my concern to Dr.Zellner. He reassured me my concern was not due to medication. He is very professional, thorough and cares about his patients.

I had a wonderful experience at the HCA Florida Heart Institute in Bradenton today. Visited the office for a routine pacemaker checkup. Was greeted warmly by the front office staff. Waited less than five to see technician. The technician was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Was in and out in a quick manner. Staff set up my next appointment and had me on my way. Excellent experience and would recommend them for all of your cardiac needs.
This was only my second visit and I already feel so comfortable. That's a hard thing to do when choosing a cardiologist, quickly, when your own doctors are 1200 miles away. I knew the day would come where I'd need doctors close to me, and the time was now. I was greeted warmly by the front desk. I had questions, and they were appropriately answered. I did wait, due to someone showing up late for her appointment, but the atmosphere in the waiting room was upbeat and not boring. I was not upset about waiting. Stacey apologized for the wait (half -hour to 45 minutes) I've waited longer elsewhere. Stacy and I had a great conversation while she did "her thing". Dr. Z. Came in and he also apologized for the wait. He answered all my questions and gave me info for my GP in RI. I feel I made the right decision in choosing this office for my care.
