Trying to do a follow up and they make it so difficult for what would be a ten min appointment

Extremely rude and unethical ! The office manager Denise definitely was discriminating refused to schedule an appointment as well as questioned my referral that was clearly faxed from another doctors office. She then stated no Doctors there would be willing to see me . Once I asked her for to allow me to speak to her Superior she laughed sarcastically and said that would be the Doctor and ended all communication . She took advantage of her authority . If I could I'd rate an 0 . I will be addressing all concerns with the Board of Medical especially regarding and dealing with "Diversity" .

I needed to get clearance for a reverse shoulder replacement because my blood pressure was very high, and EKG was abnormal. I went directly to Dr. Lopez's office, where another EKG was abnormal. He was very kind and attentive and ordered follow up tests and said to come back to get results in 3.5 weeks. He is not the problem. Receptionist said they would call with test date. They never did. I didn't hear back, so after a week, I called. They said it was too early to schedule and would call back. I called again 2 was later and left three messages for Anise (?), who finally called back 2.5 weeks later. She left message saying I needed to schedule test, and reschedule my follow up. All because they dropped the ball scheduling my test. It's the holiday season and I've put family travel off, waiting for them. I decided to go with another Cardiologist. Cardiology is too serious to be in incapable scheduling hands.

NP very informative but I didn't know what she was talking about. A procedure I wasn't aware I would "need". NP just entered the room and started talking about this procedure. Krishnamurthy, MD, has the personality of brick wall. Never looked directly at me. A brief introduction, then a question about reason for visit and exam that lasted 30 seconds. Krishnamurthy was so attached to his laptop, continually typing, but what was he typing? KRISHNAMURTHY MD , stated I wouldn't need the procedure the NP spoke about. Finally, as this exam ended and he was exiting the room, Krishmanurthy stated, (never looking me in the eyes), he could do the procedure. What?? He just stated I wouldn't need it. Needless to say, I will never, ever see him again. Rating is really 0.25, and that's just for showing up.

I like Dr.Rivera so much! He is so prof in cardiovascular. He saved my life and not only mine. I guess if all his patients send him one rose, his table and his office at all will be covered totally! And he is always say in the end "OkTakeCareBye" as one word. All CCC team is great. Only one minus I had found is empty white walls in their waiting room, it looks so official and strict. TV is needed and some beautiful pics too. In general CCC care is amazing! Highly recommended.
