I have only excellent reviews to share about Sanitas Medical Center on Congress Avenue in Boynton Beach for my Florida Blue coverage and Healthcare. Not only is my physician Annys Hernandez extremely caring and prompt, but also the entire office staff is excellent !! The office manager Jorge went above and beyond his call of duty two separate times for me this current week helping me to obtain the correct referrals needed to see an orthopedic surgeon. I'll tell you honestly these people are truely amazing at what they do and work super hard to keep their patients happy and healthy. Renee at the front desk is also awesome! he gets the ball rolling as soon as I step foot through the front door. They have been a blessing in my Healthcare journey and I would not entrust my healthcare to any other office staff or Dr's. Iwould give this office 10 Stars if I could.

Stay away from this place. They are unorganized and basically a mess. They claim to be so busy you can't get an appointment but yet every time I drop by Office is totally empty and it's not their lunch hour. They make it so hard for you to get a referral. They blame the Florida Blue center and the Florida Blue center is blaming them for incorrect referrals. Basically took me a week to get a referral for my surgery. Six weeks to get an appointment to get an OK from a OK PA to see a specialist. I think they're literally trying to kill people or they really just don't care. My advice is to stay clear of this place.

You can never reach your doctors office because you have to call a call center nine out of 10 times they don't understand anything you're talking about every single time. I have surgery for my bone cancer. I have to see my primary care doctor but yet I make an appointment and they always screw it up. I've never dealt with the more incompetent company in my entire life my surgeon who's been a surgeon in Miami for 30 years said he's never seen a more ridiculous company in his life so anyone that goes to Cita's good luck and good luck getting someone to talk to because even though I live a mile from my primary care physicians office, you still have to call a call center most unbelievable insane backward company I've ever dealt with which I will be leaving soon
