RAYUS Radiology

My husband has an MRI procedure done at RAYUS Radiology recently. Everyone has been courteous and professional but I would like to give special recognitions to two of the staff members, Juana and Yeydi. They were both professional and thorough. Juana was very upbeat and treated my husband with care and understanding. Yeydi was very gentle and comforting, making the patient less anxious on the procedure. In my opinion Juana and Yeydi are both exceptional human beings and deserve recognition!

I took an appointment 4 weeks ago. I have a baby also. And me and my husband keep off a day for an appointment. So when we came for memogram They said we are all set then we wait 1.20 minutes after that they told me we can not memogram today our machine is not working!!! I have to appointment another day !!!! Is not right they can tell us before !! It was my mom appointment. She really needs to do memogram immediately.

The building is very conveniently located right on Gateway Boulevard. It has a very large parking lot with lots of spots. The inside is big open and clean. I went for a procedure today and the girls behind the desk were very friendly when they checked me in. I went and sat down for the technician to call me before my test and I didn't even wait. Five minutes. Her name was HILA And she was very sweet nice and I could tell she was very experienced and professional. I was in and out of the RAYUS Imaging Center on Gateway within 30 minutes. This will be my go to for Imaging.

I must say doing ultrasounds and x-rays because something has come up with your health is not the most exciting thing in the world. However, I guess when you're trying to make the best out of things you kind of wanna go somewhere where they experience is comforting and kind of nice. I visited Reyes radiology In this location, all the employees were super kind, but I must say that Lauren she did my ultrasound It was so kind and comforting that I felt at peace. My doctor made an order that didn't make much sense considering my health condition so Lauren went out of her way to request an order change. Although my doctor was very unaccommodating, Lauren made sure that I still maintained a positive outlook and would welcome me back if I had a new order change. The doctor changed my order and all the Lauren was on lunch. She still double booked me and asked me to come back once I had the opportunity to.. I'm so grateful that Reyes had an employee like Lauren, who was willing to give me her time and make me feel welcome in at peace. Thank you Lauren for all you've done. You deserve my five star review. Xoxo

Desk staff rude. Unprofessional, unorganized, sent me to wrong location after 21 phone calls to confirm health issues and what machines I could be in. Scheduled me for a location that doesnt offer the tests that I need. Had to have the neurologist call several times before we were able to get even an appointment scheduled. Staff was walking around on theor phones taking personal calls while patients are waiting to be seen. One lady says to me ( after her phone call ) are you waiting for a test?! NO IM JUST HERE FOR FUN.. They dont listen, they dont care and they definitely have zero compassion and take zero accountability for their wrong doings. Only person to do the right thing was the manager who wasn't even on premises but im still here waiting for the uber she promised me to take me to the correct location so we will see if she actually does that. But 3 of her staff are in the xray room hanging out and the 2 receptionists are disrespectful and lazy.
