I love Dr. Burke! He is calm, friendly, very intelligent, and has up-to date medical knowledge. He takes the time necessary to listen to any medical issues we have, and has always taken care of them. Also, his staff is always friendly and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Burke and his office to anyone!

While I'm sure Dr. Burke is a competent physician, my experience with his office staff was incredibly disappointing. I called to schedule an appointment and encountered immediate rudeness from the first staff member I spoke to. There was some initial confusion about whether my insurance was accepted, and I offered to send a photo of my insurance card right away to help clarify. Instead of working with me, the staff member responded with a dismissive and unpleasant attitude. A second person then got on the line, abruptly told me they didn't accept my insurance, and continued with the same unprofessional and rude tone. It's unfortunate that a doctor with strong reviews is represented by such disrespectful front office staff. Just something to keep in mind if you're considering this practice. UDPATE: Approximately 10 minutes after posting my review, I received a call from someone at Dr. Burke's office. She sarcastically "thanked" me for the feedback, reiterated that they do not accept my insurance (despite Florida Blue's website stating otherwise), and informed me that Dr. Burke would be responding to me personally. I found this follow-up to be unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational--especially considering I was simply trying to schedule an appointment and clarify insurance coverage.

Dr Burke has been my doctor for more than 10 years. He is an excellent physician, intelligent, professional, he has phenomenal manners, and amazing personality. He cares about his patience and takes time with them. He talks to you and listens to what you have to say, he is the very best doctor ever and I could not imagine having any other doctor. I suggest all patients to give him a try, you will not regret it. Oh and his nurse, Nicole, is wonderful, so friendly Rebecca Moore
