I saw Dr Ashouri as a new patient after my previous urologist retired. Dr Ashouri knew my history and jumped right into my issues. He listened to what I had to say and he had thoughtful suggestions/recommendations. I would recommend Dr Ashouri to anyone who needs a urologist without reservation. .

Dr. Ashouri is knowledgeable, patient, and personable. I have put a lot of trust and faith in him with my health and he has never let me down. I feel comfortable with him and he puts me at ease even when things are not so positive. I think one of the most important things is that he listens!

Appt. Thrs. 12/18 1:45. Waited over 45 min. Over crowded. Told they were short a room. Left urine sample Dr. Ashouri asked if I wanted an exam! Said no. What kind of question is that? Left urine sample. Did not have results. Don't know if there was a problem

The Dr. was good. The front desk staff was the most unprofessional that I have ever dealt with. I walked to the window and one of them was opening a box and they were talking. They looked at me never greeted me or ask how they could help. I signed in and stood there and no one spoke. The lady looked at my name and started to check me in and never spoke, only to ask for payment and insurance card. Late she called my name to go to the back. I did not hear her and she never checked to see if I heard her. I went to the desk because they were running late and she said "I called you and you did not answer." McDonald's will call you twice to pick up you food. I expect to be treated better than McDonald's. This is a failure of leadership and way below the standard of care I normally receive from anyone affiliated with Baptist Health. There were 3 Dr's with high ratings when I was choosing. I chose this Dr. because of Baptist Health. I am a leadership trainer. The front staff needs customer service training and closer supervision to ensure professionalism.

I came to Dr. Ashouri months ago after years of frustration with what I thought was a chronic issue. He diagnosed me quickly and got to the root of my symptoms. Shortly after my initial visit, he performed surgery. He visited me daily in the hospital and had genuine concern for my healing. He gave me my quality of life back and did so with compassion and professionalism. His expertise is second to none and I would highly recommend him to others.
