I had my first appointment due to a TIA and nerve numbing migraines with Dr. Svetlana. She was in the room for 10 mins asking questions, had me do an MRI and her student walk me out with zero instructions besides "we need a new MRI". I had to call back and figure out what I was supposed to do to get the MRI booked and what was I supposed do in the meantime about the pain and nerves being numb. I got the MRI performed, and had my follow up appointment with her scheduled for the 10th of December (2 months after the MRI was performed). I got my standard one week ahead call to confirm the appointment. Today, 2 days before the appointment I get a call from an office staff member who clearly was talking to someone else infront of him - making me listen to his conversation while I am work myself. He then proceeded to tell me my appointment was being postpone to three (3) months later in March because she will not be in office. This is unbelievable, to play with peoples health. I understand she is human too with things that can "come up" but to not be accommodating to her patients because of her personal business is unbelievable and unacceptable! I had to be extremely assertive to get it scheduled for tomorrow. Currently looking for a new doctor with a better office staff and who actually cares for the oath they took.

Pleased with ability to listen to me and shoes sensivity to my issues while being very professional and knowledgeable. She examined me and arranged for a 6 month follow-up with comprehensive blood studies prior.. and discussed her plan and findings with me. Pleased with her thinking and conservative plan.

I have been using Dr Factorovich for a few months now. At my first appointment she ordered X-rays, MRI and EMG. I felt she was very thorough in trying to solve my very complicated neurology problems. At this visit she went through all of my tests, answered all of my questions and gave me some recommendations to help me and will follow up in 3 months. I am very pleased with her and would highly recommend Dr Factorovich.

Although from her educational bio information on paper seems well trained, as I am a Medival Doctor, I question virtually everything she said to me during the exam. I I have been Board Certified in two separate areas of Medicine and have had Advanced Training in several other areas of Medicine. I found her knowledge to be completely lacking almost to a degree of being frightening, and she was completely CLOSED MINDED! I found her knowledge of what was going on in my situation to be suspect to say the very least and would not recommend her to anyone seeking a neurologist in consultation.
