Cardiology Associates of Boca Raton is an excellent office, with great doctors and a terrific staff...Tangela and Jade in the office are amazing - very warm and friendly, magically helped me get appointments with doctors in other offices that were impossible to get on my own!
Dr. Coletti is a great cardiologist. Unfortunately, I know a few. He takes his time never rushed. At the end of the visit he'll ask if theres anything else he could do.
As a doctor, doctor Dr Coletti is great. The scheduling staff on the other hand is bring being terrible. I had to walk out of my appointment today after waiting an hour past my appointment time. This is the second time in a row this happened. In addition, a year ago they scheduled an appointment on a day he doesn't even come to the office. I have decided to leave the practice due to this. I cannot continue to leave work early and not have my time respected.
Dr. Coletti is a great doctor but the office staff is very rude and unprofessional. They caused me and my husband stop seeing Dr Coletti! It's a shame that people who don't like other people work there!
Dr Coletti is a wonderful doctor!! Office reception staff is just adequate but the check out staff was very good.
