Dr. Stephen J. Servoss, MD

Dr Servoss has treated both my parents for years. He is super intelligent, very kind to my parents, and always takes the time to explain things thoroughly. We were lucky to find him, and I wish all doctors were like him.

I have never dealt with such an uncaring and inconsiderate doctor in my life! My husband and I made an appointment four months ago to see him because one of my friends recommended him. We live an hour away, and hit unexpected traffic because of an accident, we ended up being late for my 11:30am appointment, but we were there at 11:55am for my husband's 12pm appointment. Not to mention I called ahead and told the staff the situation, and they said okay just come in still. We get there and they check both of us in and take our co-pays. Then call us back up and say the doctor is refusing to see us or reschedule . I said what about my husband, he was on time? They said no. In my opinion this guy seems super arrogant and must have some type of god complex! You would think doctors that work on hearts, would have some type of heart?... I guess not! Thanks for the long drive and rude attitudes! I would never want someone like that caring for my family anyways!

The doctor is great but his staff is rude and uncaring about patients or their health. You would think a cardiology office would be polite and warm considering they deal with patients with heart and possibly blood pressure issues. Well if you want an office that will frustrate you and make you feel like your well being is not of their concern, here's your place. If you are looking for an office that treats patients with respect and dignity, look else where! Update, after writing this review, this office discharged me from care in the middle of a crisis in retaliation. I was later to find out that one of my arteries had a 98% blockage and it was referred to as a "widow maker". This office put me at risk of death rather than try to fix the issues caused from their staff. Dr Servoss put my life at risk. I'd avoid this doctor at all cost. He literally had me in a situation that I was a stroke or heart attack waiting to happen and I have 3 children. I'll be following up with the board of medicine.

Dr Servoss and Dell have the patience of Saints. They take their time to make sure that you are comfortable with the course of treatment. We have been told by many Dr's that my father is a unique case. While that is true, Dr Servoss and Dell have always been responsive and detailed. Even when he is out Dr Rubstein has treated him as his won patient. Great TEAM Excellent support!! We Thank you!!!

Dr Servoss is one of the best cardiologist in South Florida. He is caring, detailed and very knowledgeable in his field. His staff was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this office.
