What is going on ? We have made numerous apptmts with cardio drs n dr cancel us 5x now we were told our ins doesn't use these drs n ins comp says they are still on Pratice so months later a 4 stent needed was chged to approve only one stent ,a one bad stent . It was done only to have pts in worst condison. .pt lose 10lbs since this procedure n short of breath n weak.
one of the worst my doctor recomended him for my heart problem after numerous attemts finally got in touch with them and got an appt in about 30 days , the day before the appt they called and canceled the appt.I explained how crucial my situation is but didnt help so got a new appt. in 2 wks .again the day before the appt. they called and canceled the appt. so save your time and aggrevation and find some one else Vick Bedoyan
Unfortunately I never even had a chance to see the doctor. I called up just to make an appointment and was not even asking my name first thing they asked is what is your insurance and I felt like I was being attacked. I told him my insurance and then asked for an appointment. They asked me for a date I gave them a date and in the morning at 8:30 a.m. so I found out that the doctor does not see people at 8:30 a.m. Said that it would have to be 10:30. I said fine I'll call up next time I know when my appointment would be available at 10:30. Before I even ended the sentence I was hung up on. The woman Tanya that answered the phone was very short didn't show a care in the world and never even asked my name. Your front desk is supposed to be a reflection of how you are and what I should expect when I visit. For a person with no patients and lack of empathy for anybody over the phone I definitely would never even try them out. I went on to see the reviews and he has a 3.8 rating and now I know why. I can't imagine how it would be if he was my doctor and I'd have to deal with that office. And a doctor that cannot see that there is a problem in his staff then I wonder how he can really treat me correctly. My advice is stay away.
I have to try several time to make appointment , maybe the Dr Badillo is very good but the staff is VERY RUDE AND THEY NEVER ANSWER FOR APPOINTMENT . This is disrespect with the human being when I have a reference of my doctor and I can not mark the appointment.
