Dr. Andrew Panakos

Dr Panakos is very skilled and took great care of my mom. He is very patient and took the time to answer all of our questions with a very nice bedside manner. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs cardiac intervention. The office staff were also very nice.

Office extremely poorly run. Cannot speak about Drs practice but office is a mess and front desk doesn't connect with medical assistants. Bounced back and forth between phone extensions. My mom needed to wear a heart monitor, they couldn't give me proper instructions. When the medical assistant connects with patients they are rushed.

Very short visit. Dr and staff are pleasant but don't follow through with doctor's request. Very antiquated office no email capability, no internet access, fax or hand delivery of medical records only. Disappointed

Dr Panakos is an excellent Physician. He listens to my concerns and explains what is going on with my heart.He just performed an angiogram on me and made sure I was doing OK after.He is very caring and concerned .He makes me feel like I am his only patient. I love Dr Panakos.

Office is very poorly run. Brittany is the Assistant Office Manager who could not honor my appointment. They called the day before with a different appointment time than agreed. Once I showed up to the appointment at the time that was originally promised and booked almost 2 months ago, they said I would have to reschedule 1 month out. If you have valid health concerns you should not visit this practice.
