I received some terrible news today of Dr Baker's passing. Dr Baker was one of the most caring individuals, nevermind doctor, that I have ever met. It is truly a loss to the medical profession, his patients, his friends, and his family. He will ne missed. I would like to share my heartfelt condolences to his family. RIP Dr. Jay Baker, my heart will beat for you today.

So sad to hear that Dr. Baker passed away. I was just with him for my annual appointment in Dec 23. He will be missed. He was such an incredible Doctor and person. It will be hard to find someone to take his place. RIP Dr. Baker....

I was rushed to hospital on 8/21 after my primary doctor ordered labs and found my potassium level dangerously low, my attempts to speak to office of my concerns about how this happened unanswered for 2 months now. When Dr Baker was my practitioner I had no concerns about my safety.

Dr. Baker was a caring and astute cardiologist. And a very kind and down to earth person. I'm so saddened to hear that he passed away. He will be missed. My condolences to his family.

Dr Baker has treated me and my Afib with care and follow up. And most importantly, with skill. All under control now and he frequently follows up with me to see how I am. I'm grateful to have a cardiologist as great as Dr Baker.
