If i could give zero stars i would. I went there for my new patient appointment last month and went specifically for one reason which was to express concerns with a lump that I have on my chest. I was seen pretty fast since i was the first patient in the morning and the dr was actually very nice. The problem starts when I was sent to get an xray and i never got a call to explain my results. I went to get the xray on Friday November 14th and the guy told me the results would take 24-48 hours to come out and they would send it to my primary care and they should call me on Monday or Tuesday. Wednesday comes around and I still have not gotten a call so I take it to my own hands to call the xray place to see if they could give me the results. When i called they answered extremely fast and helped me set up a portal so I could access my results, guess what? THE RESULTS CAME OUT THE SAME DAY I GOT MY XRAY DONE! It is now November 24th and I still have not gotten a call from my provider to explain the results or even to follow up. Do yourself a favor and never go here. Also it is quite literally impossible to reach the office, they make you leave a message and never call back. Never coming back here.

I came in on 10/28/25 to the emergency room for urinary retention. I was seen by Brett Rn, he was the best!! Thank God he took care of me because I've had this done before and its not pleasant. Brett is top notch at what he does, for such a painful task, he made it wonderful and painless. Dr Copeland (hope I got name correct) what a guy, he came in with all the right questions to get a thorough assessment . What a team they were, if you ever have to go to ER , I hope you get their care, Thank you so much Brett and Dr. Copeland!!! The name says Veronica, but it was Luis that was the patient.

Very good experience with staff upon arrival and when checking out. Most importantly, my visit with Dr. Trivedi was excellent. She is a very compassionate and attentive physician. Took the time to explain things to me and gave me a greater understanding of my medical concerns. Very pleased.

Dr. Biana Manchik-Schwartz is an excellent, thorough, caring and attentive primary care physician with great bedside manners. During my initial visit, she asked all the right questions, took her time to get to know me, and referred me to imaging for preventative annual screening. She asked her medical assistant Sheila to obtain my prior imaging and medical records in order to have my past medical history on file for future reference. Sheila got to know me also, took my vital signs and EKG. She's a wonderful, efficient, young lady that thinks outside of the box! Baptist Health Primary Care group also has a lab where they draw blood and send it out to Quest Diagnostics for blood results. The entire office staff was very pleasant and courteous. Highly recommend!

I met with Dr Trivedi as I need a primary care physician. I liked her instantly. She was easy to talk to and told me what I needed to know and she is definitely a good fit for me.
