I came to ER and the noise there was CRAZY, just because the police officers were there and the nurses were flirting with them, they just needed the beers to feel like in a party, they don't care about patients at all. Then they admitted me to 6th floor and the nurse on charge Jaime told me that they will give me a window bed (that way I can rest) I waited for 4 hours and at the end she just change her mind and said wasn't possible (no one was on that bed). I didn't sleep at night time because of the pain I have, ER has a party (at 7am) and the room were they put me in, is being cleaned, no time to be in peace, 0 respect or considerations for patients. 0 stars Only good experience was with Clinical assistant Kiandrah and my night nurse Amy she was nice to me, she have empathy, she care about her patients, about noise, about to be comfortable, rest, etc. She was the same way with the neighbor in the room (who just had surgery) and she (Amy) is the perfect good example to follow for the new generation of nurses. Thank you Amy for your patience and help, I appreciate it.

I gave birth here almost four weeks ago, and overall, I would say I had an amazing experience. The labor and delivery room and recovery suites were very nice. The staff truly seemed to love their jobs and were willing to go above and beyond for me. LI, Dotty, Diandra, and Jenna took especially great care of me. Here are a few things to note: If you plan on having a water birth here, they don't have many cordless monitors, and the ones they do have don't work well in the water. Also, the company they use for the birthing pool is great, but the water doesn't stay warm, so you will need someone to keep adding warm water. In my labor and delivery room, the shower pressure was light. They had a good variety of food options for your spouse, which I hear is the opposite at other hospitals. I recommend telling your partner to pack a blow-up bed. In the recovery room, the shower water was cold, and moms had to share a bathroom with the connecting room. I'd recommend that they add disposable plastic or paper toilet seat covers, or that you pack your own. Everything was kept clean, and the food was also pretty good. In the recovery room, they don't provide food for the spouse, which was fine for me since I packed food. If I make it through the newborn trenches, I would definitely give birth here again.

12-20-25 I stood back and watched an RN and other lady, job description unknown "care" for my 87 yr old father after his legs collapsed under him and passed out once we assisted him to a bench. The nuts and bolts are this, crossed bed cables provided a big sloppy mess for my dad to manage, thanks, no professionalism with talking towards family in the hallway approaching dad's room making nonsense out of what her purpose now was plus dad looks at me confused so I reminded her, for the 5th time, dad's hard of hearing, you need to look at him and talk to him! And ask my sis-in-law what the nurse had said....cause I certainly didn't understand her beginning which was aher report out in the ER's hallway. She was now offended by my words, what am I to do by advocating for the patient, MY DAD! Shame on her, hence this scathing review about her unprofessional behavior representing Boca Hospital as I've known it since living here since 1973. My dad asked multiple times for warmed blankets that were forgotten about and so were my and my sis-in- laws requests forgotten. How painful for the patient who also has lived and used the hospital since 1973 without being treated unprofessional or disrespected or forgotten about. These things that failed were basics and everyday procedures or even common courtesy that should be review and/or reminded to this nurse and her partner, but the problem was mainly the nurse. My blessed mom was a highly respected RN and that makes me pay attention more as their job is caring for the ill and unable which is a privilege. She rolled in her grave this afternoon watching her husband be mistreated...he's visually impaired and hearing impaired, what a lonely and scary time to be in the hospital. Thanks for your concern nurse...thankfully you'll just be a memory after tonight but this review and my call tomorrow to patient advocate will change the way you treat the elderly. Signed, moving on with love and care for the elderly, ALWAYS

5-Star Review for Boca Regional Hospital I recently had an experience at Boca Regional Hospital and I cannot say enough amazing things about the care I received. From the moment I arrived, everyone was thorough, compassionate, and incredibly professional. A very special thank-you to Adriel, my nurse -- truly one of the most exceptional nurses I've ever encountered. Adriel was attentive, comforting, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and cared for. Boca Regional is very lucky to have someone like her on their team. Big shout out to Jill Spinner thank you very much for all your help on getting me released. I also want to recognize Tim and Mark in the MRI department. They treated me with kid gloves, showing patience, kindness, and genuine concern throughout the entire process. Their teamwork and calm guidance made a stressful situation feel easy. Every person I interacted with was a team player who takes great pride in providing outstanding patient care. It was an excellent experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend Boca Regional Hospital to anyone needing medical care. Thank you again to everyone -- you truly made a difference. Nancy B

I cannot say enough to express rhw wonderful experience of my bone marrow biopsy throught unterventional radiology. The receptionists and the admitting women were so kind and cheerful. They were all very efficient and calming. I was extremely anxious when I was getting prepped. All the nurses, Vanessa, Erika, Hudson , and Lauren plus a few and I wish I had ll the names, were so reassuring, and so patient as well as very professional and kind. Dr Wolf was exceptionally patient with my anxiety. All the radiology staff explained as they went and it was done before I knew it. I felt no discomfort. I went home within the 2 hour slot. I have had no problems with the site of entry at all . I would recommend this staff and Doctor highly. Thank you for a great experience .
