Patient
At first the Dr was so nice...and his staff also...but after that 2nd visit...TERRIBLE...I went to him for a second opinion. I left him a voice message because I was having the SAME symptoms...no one ever called me back... I called back 2 weeks later and the young lady that answered the phone told me if I am having new symptoms I have to go in and see him... I said I saw not even a month ago..and its not new symptoms.. I would like to speak to him...and she was like well he doesn't call pts back you have to come in... I COULDNT BELIEVE IT...that's when I knew they were only interested in charging my insurance more than my health! I asked to speak to a manager and they transferred me to someone named Allison...she said she was the administrator there. When I tell you she was one of the most unprofessional encounters I have ever had. She laughed on the phone and try to blame me because I had an appt in the system that I never showed up to. I had to advise her that before she tries to blame it on the patient to go through the entire chart because I decided to come in earlier to obtain my results not that I missed that appt. I will never be going back to this location. I dont know if the Dr is aware of how his staff is but they represent him and it's something he should Def know..
