Last visit, a couple of weeks ago, the Dr. Pianko didn't show up to talk to me. I only spoke with the assistants. So blood work, EKG and Eco have been done, but nobody spoke to me about the results and my conditions so far, it was supposed to be my annual review. No talk with the doctor, unbelievable.

Horrible office staff
They never answer the phones and you never get a call back when you leave a message
my poor brother-in-law has called so many times and nobody calls back. These are peoples lives and I am not understanding why this office is run the way it's run. One time when I went with my brother-in-law, one of the assistance told me that the office manager, I believe her name is Isabel decides who gets phone calls back and who doesn't another patient overheard and whispered to me that she's a real character and doesn't care about anything sad part is she's never in the office, but she makes all the rules. Run far away from this place. They don't care about your life.
