The 1st Dr to fight for my proper diagnosis (20+yrs ago). He cares deeply for every patient. IMO a workaholic with a golden heart and a diamond mind. He reduced hours instead of retiring. If the phone is on service during business hours, just ask the operator to contact the office. I'm thankful he's my doctor and feel SAFE in his care.

I do agree with both sides of the reviews. Dr. Vincente is a very knowledgeable Dr who cares about his patients. He does spend quality time with me when I go there and try to help me improve my health. However there have been many times I've been there and I have had to wait for 3-4 hours before I am seen. One time when I asked if there was an emergency or something going on that caused the delay he calmly told me he had to speak to someone at an insurance company and it took him 45 minutes to get through all the red tape and BS before he was able to speak to the person he needed to speak to. I was stunned. I know that other people think that the delay in these appointments are only because of the individual time he spends with patients but it is clear he's not using his office staff efficiently. He shouldn't be spending 45 minutes trying to get someone on the phone, that is what office staff are for, then when they get through to the correct person the doctor should be given the line. I sat in that waiting room for at least 45 mins because he was doing a job he shouldn't have been doing. I'm all for personalized service but there's a saying that one man is not an army. There's a reason there's such a thing as support staff. It's unfortunate this continues to happen to me because I do like Doctor Vincente. Lately however I haven't been able to get through to the office at all, regardless of what time I call. It always goes to the answering service. I need to go in for an appointment and I need prescription refills but no one seems to care cause no one is there to answer the phone. I have to find another dr to take care of my needs.

Great Dr that cares about his patients and is extremely knowledgeable. You can really tell he keeps himself up to date on everything. Yes, you do have to wait a little longer but if waiting longer 2-3 times a year to see a great Dr concerns you, you have bigger problems. I selfishly hope he doesn't want to retire ever cause I don't want to go anywhere else.

My husband made an appointment a week ago, to see doctor Vincente this afternoon, as a new patient. He arrived at his office on time, and waited patiently for 2 hours. He repeatedly asked them when he would be able to see the Dr. and was told "he will be with you shortly" each time. There were no other patients waiting, so it was very puzzling to him, as to why he was not able to see the Dr. After 2 hours, he asked the receptionist if he could reschedule, and was told they would contact him. My husband is a Vietnam Veteran; retired military, and has never had this kind of treatment before. He will NOT go back to this doctor's office. We are new to Florida, and I urged him to see this Dr. based on the reviews. I'm sorry I put him through a long miserable day, and now I still need to find him a doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Vincente for a couple of years now, and I read the other review where the lady was complaining about the wait time. The reason that the wait may be long at his office is NOT that he packs the waiting room like a lot of doctors do (there are usually 2-4 patients), but that Dr. Vincente takes a great amount of time with each patient and really cares about finding a remedy for their problem. He has spent as long as 30 minutes or more with me, as he does ALL patients and he has solved ALL of my medical issues because of that. He is a talented doctor and a genuinely nice man. If you are in a hurry, then go to one of those doctors who crams 30 people into their waiting room like cattle and sees you for 3 minutes. I will stick with Dr. Vincente and take my turn as it comes up.
