Dr. Labault and MSPB- Neurology have provided expert, much-needed care in my time of need. The Dr is straightforward, yet kind and understanding. He is very thorough, providing me with answers and peace-of-mind that I so desperately needed. I've relied heavily on his medical advice and opinion and he has not steered me wrong so far. Dr. Labault was wonderful! His bedside manner is exceptional, he's caring and he doesn't push medication that is not needed. So glad we have him as a neurologist.
This was my first visit with Dr. Labault-Santiago and I found him to be very attentive and respectful. His follow up information was very helpful.
He was very unprofessional, said that my headaches were because I was addicted to Tylenol and I was a junkie. When I confronted him he reafirmes his words. He only stopped saying that once I said I would start recording the appointment to what he declined.
The staff was very friendly from the moment I walked into the office and Dr. Labault, took the time to explain everything so that I understood what my diagnosis was and what the plan of treatment was going to be. I would highly recommend this office.
