It took weeks to get an appointment because the front desk kept telling me they didn't take my insurance after multiple confirmations that they do. I did get an apology which I appreciated. 1st visit with Dr was 30 seconds... he never even closed the door. Follow up ... about 3 minutes and he at least closed the door however empathy, explanation of what's going on with me and bed side manner was beyond sub par. As a matter of fact my PCP is also not happy and sending me to another vascular.
