Patient
I just left Dr Kelley's office, and will not be going back. It might be shorter to list the things he could have said, than to list what the problems were. "I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm going to get to the bottom of it." "I hear that you're really struggling, tell me what else is wrong." "I may not have all the answers, but I'll make sure to get you to someone who does." Instead, I was interrupted multiple times, chastised for not having the right type of appointment with a specialist, and told there's nothing more he can do. At one point he pulled out his phone to google when I continued to ask him for help. After lots of pushing (and re-interrupting to continue explaining my symptoms), he sent a couple more referrals that made it clear he didn't understand my symptoms at all, and didn't care to. His office staff has been wonderful each time I've visited. I guess there's a reason he's one of the OH primary care physicians that always has appointment openings.
