I went to the maitland location for a nuclear stress test. I asked the nurse if she had an antidote in case of a bad reaction, she told me to go to Dunkin' donuts on 436 and get coffee! Like I would be able to do that if I was having an emergency!!I asked 3 times, and got the same answer all times. In addition the place was filthy, dust all over. The guy that was doing the images was blowing his nose every few minutes (disgusting) and it looked like it was an old filing room they put this camera machine in. Again, filthy! I have never seen a medical office like this!!

I made an appointment about 6 weeks in advance, spoke to a representative, received confirmation emails etc. And 4 MINUTES before my appointment I received a call saying my appointment was canceled. This after taking time off work and driving 45 minutes to get to the appointment. I'm not sure who at the office dropped the ball, but it is very unprofessional. I will be looking for a new cardiologist who's staff can manage appointments competently.

Absolutely incompetent staff! They NEVER answer calls. You have to go through an answering service to which you might get a call back. They charged me for a co-pay on an appointment that I cancelled in advance. And the doctor just gives canned answers without taking the patient's age, activity level, or anything else into consideration. Save yourself some headaches and avoid these people!

I have been to OCVS multiple times. I had an emergency, and Dr. Arora saw me right away, spent a good time explaining it to me. All of my follow-up appointments were on time. All staff was very professional. Dr. Verma and Dr. Shah always reply to my questions through messaging on time; I didn't have to wait till the next visit. They have an excellent system to remind about appointments the week and day before through text message--best doctors in town.

I love Dr Mondal. He is patient, knowledgable, and has great bed side manners. He just puts you at ease instantly. Office staff has been professional as well. I highly trust and recommend him.
