Outpatient Surgery Center of Central Florida

My experience this past Tuesday at the Surgery Center was as good or better than I could have imagined. The staff was very friendly and very professional. They catered to every need or request. They are skilled at making the patient feel as comfortable as possible in what is a very uncomfortable situation. Naturally, I hope I don't need any future procedures, but if I do The Surgery Center is where I would go.

The employees at this center are extremely kind, courteous, caring compassionate individuals. From the time we walked in for my husband's heart cath until my last steps out the door, I could not have been treated with more kindness and professionalism. The patient is 100% the main concern, but a lot of places tend to disregard the family. The Outpatient Surgery Center is not that way. Although my husband had to be transported to the hospital by ambulance, because they weren't able to get his stents in, they still took the time to walk me out while voicing sincere words of encouragement. They were so kind, I was in tears. I highly recommend this facility. You will not regret going there.

I had a pacemaker put in yesterday. Everyone I came in contact with were very fast and efficient, especially the nurses in the operating room preparing me for the procedure. Dr. Couturier of The Villages Heart and Vein Center did a great job. Everything seems to be going well. Hopefully the healing time will go quickly and back to the golf course. Thanks to all of you professionals.

I had a heart cath performed by Dr. Ruisi at this facility on 11/16/2023. I was pleasantly surprised from the moment my wife and I walked in the door. We were greeted by the very pleasant lady at the front desk and within minutes I was being prepped by this incredibly pleasant, professional and caring team. Their names are Paige, Maya, Jeff, Kim, Betty, Rich, Kellyn, Ray, Ed and Tresa, This phenomenal team made me feel so comfortable and cared for. They even sent me a thank you card for choosing this facility. I will highly recommend them to anyone that asks. Thank you so much everyone! You are THE BEST.

I had a cardiac catheterization performed by Dr. Hector Garcia at the Outpatient Surgical Center of Central Florida in Wildwood. I could not have been more pleased with the experience from the moment I walked in the door to the phone call the next morning at home to see how I was doing. The team was efficient, compassionate, pleasant and made me feel so much calmer about the surgery. Dr. Garcia was spectacular! I wouldn't hesitate to use the facility again if needed and would certainly recommend this center to anyone needing outpatient surgery.
