I received a pacemaker implant at this facility on 9/3/24. It was a first-class experience from check-in to exit. Highly efficient and personally caring staff at all stages of the procedure, carried out in a modern facility. A device manufacturer's rep was even in the operating theater, which instilled an extra level of confidence. Minimal anesthesia, and zero post-procedure pain meds required. Highly recommended.

Theresa? (check in rep) was friendly and courteous and made me feel comfortable. The surgery prep personnel were also pleasant and efficient, especially Darren. Once in the surgery room all questions I had were answered to my satisfaction and I talked with my pacemaker technician and cardiologist before I went under. I am totally pleased with the ultra clean facility, all involved in handling my time there, and the results. I highly recommend this location (5571 E SR 44) and Dr. Couturier.

I received expert, TLC care from entire staff for my pacemaker replacement surgery. Nurse Amy was my primary caregiver & made this challenging visit a surprisingly pleasant event. Best practice care is evident here. Kudos ++. Thanks Outpatient Surgery Center!!

This the third(3rd) procedure performed on my legs. I have PAD and required work on my arteries. The Doctor and his crew inserted stents in both legs With great success. The Doctor and nurses were very professional and extremely friendly. Overall it was a good experience.

I want to thank all the staff, especially those that I remember their names: Danielle, Ray, Jean, Paige, Kellyn, Elizabeth, Darren and the others that were so very helpful in making my visit relaxed and fruitful. Most especially is Dr. Hari Kannam for the trust I experienced before, during and after about the importance of his knowledge and experience in trusting my life to him.
