The doc is a gentleman, he asks questions, waits for the answer, explaining everything. I personally believe that I haven't had the problems most folks getting older have because of him & his staff. Refills are easy, meds explained. I think he is a great choice if you are looking for someone with great knowledge & experience!!!

My husband was going to see Dr. Woodard he has several heart issues and wanted a 2nd opinion on some recommned procedures. He made an appointment and Jenny called him to make appointment and said she would be his contact. He had a few questions and he call several times and left several messages she never called him back. He finally went up there in person because he didn't get a call back then she blamed it on the call center stating that the messages were not given to her. Then days later he called again and left several messages to have Jenny call him and again the same thing and Jenny did not call him back again so he verified with the call center so he went back up there again and spoke to Jenny and she said the messages were in the record so we're not sure why he was never called back. For a patient to have the serious heart conditions that my husband has and when he calls the cardiologist and he's not even been seen by the cardiologist yet he's a new patient that gives you a lot of concern as to what kind of care he's going to get which appeared to be not caring at all. So Dr Woodard may be a very excellent cardiologists but we will never know because my husband cancel the appointment because if he had a serious issue he felt like nobody took him seriously and had no concern for him.
