Read older reviews about staff. Our experience (husband & myself are patients) es fantastic. Very nice all of them. Did not wait even 15 minutes. However, you want a good Dr you wait. Dr Londono was kind, thorough & comforting. Really a pleasure to be treated so humane & hopeful. Highly recommend

I didn't want to leave a bad review but I find myself in a very frustrating situation. My grandma has been dr. Londono's patient for years and he's been great but the office staff needs to improve. I scheduled a phone appointment for my grandma and they called me 4 days before it to charge me, very intensively (I was working and couldn't answer for two hours and they called me 5 or 6 times). I called back and paid over the phone and the day of the appointment they didn't call on time so I waited 20 mins and called them and after 3 times they tell me that the dr had to perform emergency surgery and that they hadn't heard from him. That's ok but it took them an hour after the time of the appointment to give me an answer. I asked to rescheduled since they didn't know when the dr was going to be available and they told me the dr would call us the next day (Dec. 24th) from his house, office is closed of course. We're still waiting for the call...

I read the reviews after attempting to schedule an appointment 3 tines and being hung up on and left on hold. All you hear is laughing and talking in the background and had to repeat myself over and over. I just hung up and called another cardiologist Definitely don't recommend this place.

Terrible experience. First appointment was set for 9am and doctor arrived to the office at 10:30am I was then called in at 11:15 am. It gets worse I was prescribed a medication to control my blood pressure as it is high. I started that same night and the very next day I felt terrible arm falling asleep dizziness and eventually started having chest pain (symptoms I never had until taking this pill). I called the office as soon as symptoms started and I was told to go to emergency if I feel bad and doctor will return my call. Never did. I was released from emergency after my blood pressure returned to normal and was told to follow up with my cardiologist which I called the next day for the second time. Gave the secretary the full message of what happened to me and was told the message will be passed to the doctor and he will call me back. Never did! Next call I get from them is a week later to confirm my scheduled test. Canceled all tests. I'll never will go back to this doctor again no care for their patients and no respect. Totally unprofessional!
