Most efficient staff very knowledgeable and friendly and really care about the customer. Dr Alfonso has been extremely helpful with my healthcare and is extremely knowledgeable about Cardiology we greatly appreciate him.

I recently received blood test results indicating high levels of lipoprotein (a). Since I didn't know what that was (because I was never tested for it as it is not part of the standard tests ordered by primary doctors), I investigated only to discover this biomarker could be a serious indicator for potential cardiovascular issues ie heart attack, strokes. I asked for references and Dr Tolentino was recommended. Dr Tolentino understood my concern, at this point no effects or symptoms but highly concerned about my health due to this so called hereditary condition (previously unknown) and only knowing that I am under the supervision of a specialist would give me piece of mind. During the visit I got my EKG reading, a heart monitor was placed (for two weeks) and two additional exams ordered to scan my heart/arteries for unknown buildup. After the visit, I really felt taken care of and finally got the peace of mind I was looking for, that I am in good hands and with the best professional care. Also, the Dr and his assistant took good time examining me and discussing my history with me. These days doctors visits are quick and I can tell you, here the appointments starts timely and they give you the attention you need without rush. I highly recommend Dr Tolentino.
