This practice maybe good, "BUT GOD" MY experience was Nothing I say nothing to write about, Dr. Jose Labault-Santiago IS By Far THE WORST in the name of doctor I have ever encountered, I got No introduction as to who or what , he talked to the nice nurse Ms. Kassie that did the shock treatment for me, she was very plesant and informed me all the way what she was going to do & did,,BUT the so said doctor santiago NEVER talked to me but said move my arm this way or that way, but NOTHING to inform me what he was doing or did, he came in coughing continually, Ms. Kassie offered to get him water which he refused, yes he had on a mask, but that was still to me Very Unprofessinal, his bedside manner liked EVERYTHING (we) pay our hard earned money to be able to see a Doctor for, Im an insurance patient with BSBC of Fla copay for specialist was $60, I got treated like a third class patient maybe he thought couldn't or hasn't going to pay the bill. I can't an want make any excuse for his behavior or like there of, but to say Santiago, that course on How to Treat Ones Patients/Clients Ethics & Laws YOU Should take Over, cause from where Im sitting& seeing YOU FAILED MISERABLY!!! Oh I was see at this office on 8/29/25 by a Very Nice Nusre Ms.Kassie & the doctor without a name, I had to call an find out the name,,,,WOW this is thie world we live in

I chose Medical Specialists of Palm Beach - Boynton Beach office and got put with Vinay Wayal based off availability. I went in for intermittent navel bleeding and localized abdominal pain and changes in bowels which was immediately written off as anxiety induced IBS based off "general anxiety"-- anxiety that I've had for over 15 years. I was told to take laxatives, eat less calories, and do cardio in the morning and a CT was scheduled (which was clear). During my follow up, where additional symptoms were present, and continued instances of navel bleeding, they were dismissed as he had already made up his mind that my physical symptoms were because "anxiety". Anxiety doesn't cause navel bleeding, nor isolated swelling. I informed him that I was doing cardio in the afternoons as it fits my schedule and lifestyle and his response was "cardio in the afternoons doesn't work because you're already stressed, if you're not gonna do what I'm telling you just take the easy way out and take a pill." He proceeded to prescribe me SSRI medication that he did not know the side effects of. Upon reviewing my appointment notes, there is no mention of the navel bleeding , a hyperfocus on anxiety, that I refuse to do cardio in the am to "treat my anxiety" and the health concerns section of the notes is blank. Situations like this leave many people discouraged and unwilling to continuing exploring medical anomalies. I'm unsurprisingly disappointed and will not be returning to the practice.

I made the next available appointment to see Dr. Kenneth Manchon here as a new patient, waited for it for more than 4 months, then got a phone call a couple of days out that my appointment was canceled and the best they could do was either a nurse practitioner in 6 weeks or a new doctor date in three months. When I asked if they could squeeze something in as I'd already waited 4 months, the office told me to call back when I could decide on the September or November dates and hung up on me. Shocking service, I will never use these in people, the other reviews make clear that it's not an isolated incident. Use at your own risk.

HORRIBLE - The shame is that I love Dr. Albanese but since they have been taken over by Medical Specialists it has been a disaster, I have been without my medications for over a week, after being told today that they called it in, CVS still does not have it , and the Dr. on call Dr. Patel will not take any after hour calls related to medication refills. Their office staff is incredibly incompetent and rude. I am so disappointed my entire family goes to this practice but we will all be moving to another provider, that is 7 patients that they will be losing.

I went to Dr. Raxenberg for many years until I lost all faith in him and Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches. I went to an appointment and obtained pre-clearance for an upcoming surgery. I was told that they would send the clearance form to the surgeon. Days later, as I'm on my way to the surgery I received a call from the surgeon's office saying they never received the clearance form from Dr. Raxenberg and my surgery would be delayed. I called Dr. Raxenberg's office and had an unreal, idiotic conversation during which one of his admin staff casually mentioned 'I'm sorry, we seem to have lost the record of your recent clearance appointment; could you please come in for another exam?' What?! I said there was no way I could do that and still be in time for my surgery. Sadly, it didn't seem to bother the admin staff that the loss of my records meant I wouldn't be able to proceed with a surgery I had worked months to schedule. No apologies, no nothing. I asked the admin I was if she could please have Dr. Raxenberg call me. Nothing but crickets since then, except for phone calls from his staff saying I'm overdue for my annual checkup. Not a chance! It's been over two year. I never heard from Dr. Raxenberg or received an apology for Medical Specialists losing my medical records (a violation of HIPPA rules in itself). I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid Dr. Raxenberg and Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches.
