An absolute expert in the unique fields of connective tissue disorders, dysautonomia, and other emerging neurological and protein based cardiologic effectors. She is at the forefront of both research and clinical care of patients affected by rare disorders.
Dr. Parsia also maintains a professional, caring, and most importantly kind and caring attitude toward her patients. She will work with you to find answers and a precision medicine treatment for your individual needs. I believe she is one of the best cardiologists in her unique field in the world

Dr. Srichai was, as always, most professional and most helpful during my annual check-up with her regarding my cardiac condition. Pursuant to major heart surgery at the Cleveland Clinic in 2015, I developed an AFlutter and AFib condition; which have been treated at MedStar ever since. The AFlutter condition resolved, but the AFib condition persists. Dr. Srichai manages my maintenance program and the medication which she has prescribed for my care. I am very pleased to be under her supervision; and my appointment yesterday reconfirmed that satisfaction.

Very disappointed in my visit with this doctor. She has absolutely no knowledge of dysautonomia and POTS. She didn't seem to care about me as a patient at all, the only thing she cared about was who recommended her to me. And kept making obnoxious faces. Totally unprofessional. It was a big waste of time. Not only that, but they need to stop taking new patients because when they wanted me to schedule a follow-up, she didn't have any availability for a year. That is ridiculous. I do have to say her PA was top-notch though. But this doctor, thumbs down.
