My mother had a great experience with Georgetown University Hospital. Everyone from Dr. Kevin Park to all the nurses and techs were amazing in taking care of my mother. They treated her with such compassion, dignity and respect. The orthopedic department at GUH is top notch; her aftercare had been nothing by amazing too. Thank you Dr. Park and orthopedic GUH team.

Everyone from the Front Desk Hospital check-in staff to the custodial staff, and individual departmental check-in staff do an exemplary and thorough job day in and day out without exception. They work tirelessly to make it a truly rewarding experience for visitors and their guests! The doctors are exceptional, flexible, and enthusiastic. I was lucky enough to be matched with a committed and caring surgical team and hospital health practitioners and specialists truly devoted to my wellness and health recovery outcomes. Not once did they have to confer with my records or forget about my case history, which I've, unfortunately, experienced before. I can't say enough good things about my experience and all of these dedicated and hard-working professionals. Not only that, but they fueled me with the kind of hope, optimism, encouragement, and even humor I needed on my darkest days. Thank you so much for everything, Dr. Baker and Kim! I came here for cancer treatment in mid to late 2025. I very strongly recommend the medical staff, they attentively answered all my questions, were extremely competent and helpful, and in general were a joy to work with! As my circumstances changed, they were able to make quick adjustments to my medications, which was extremely helpful. I feel like I got the absolute best possible treatment, I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job. Moreover, every single individual that I interacted with, from scheduling to reception to technicians to administrative staff, including even parking attendants and security staff... They were all uniformly friendly, helpful, polite, and caring. Rather than tell you where a location was, they would take you there. They all smiled and spoke kindly. I don't know if I have ever been anywhere else, certainly not a medical facility, where every single person that I interacted with was so kind and thoughtful.

I had a great experience with my visit at MedStar. It was very nice that the had garage parking that was free to patients. The offices were very nice and everyone was pleasant and very helpful from the front desk staff to the medical staff. Dr. Kevin Park was very informative as he explained the procedure that I came to him for consultation about. He took his time as he explained it which made me feel comfortable. He was very patient as he answered the many questions that I had about the procedure.

Visiting GeorgeTown Hospital was very overwhelming to me for my 1st visit. I must d doc was.very nice professional & caring. The staff was awesome. The only problem I had was visiting for d 1st time & not knowing where I was going & not having no one to guide me . I was given a card to supposedly to guide me but wasn't no help to me I was still lost. Please take this into consideration. To b honest with u that made me not want to come back r recommend no one else to come there please take that into consideration. Thank u..... God bless
