If you are a cardio patient under 45, SEEK treatment elsewhere! I went to him for a second (cardiologist) opinion on my elevated & uncontrolled hypertension and saw him from Feb-April 2022; and was annoyed at having to first see Dr. Nana (who I'm not certain is a partner or student of his), then regurgitate the very conversation to Dr. Norman whenever he showed up to his office. The good thing about him is that he will refer you to any test that you are interested in taking. However, most times it felt like I was assessing my own health with each visit, bringing print outs from research I'd done on google about various ailments. His offices at both locations are old , small and need to be updated; and the office staff are ok. However, I had lots of issues between them and my pharmacy in getting refills timely.

Best place you can imagine for heart care... you can leave here KNOWING and FEELING CONFIDENT about what you are doing with your meds and your self care...and, Dr. Allen also functions as a primary doctor as well so even if your case progresses to N stage you do not have to lose care with All Heart..
