Patient
Dr. Bheemreddy was wonderful at my first visit, and she is the third cardiologist I've seen. She is quite far away from me at different locations but I was assured that she was the best. She listened to my concerns at the first visit and helped me come up with a diagnostic plan. After going through with this plan and having multiple hospitalizations for cardiac events in the past year, she has acted very dismissive and like she has no idea why I am in her office at my last 2 visits. She begrudgingly scheduled a table tilt test after I asked to rule out POTS at my last visit and referred me to an electrocardiologist. Dr. Bheemreddy cancelled my first table tilt the night before OVER MYCHART MESSAGE and never once called. I wouldn't even have seen the message if I didn't log on looking for my confirmation!! Today at my rescheduled tilt test, she once again acted like she had no clue why I was even in her presence. She looked over another patient's files and checked emails the entirety of my appointment and didn't speak to me much and let the nurse handle my concerns and questions. When my test concluded that I actually do have mild POTS, she told me to drink more water and that it's the only treatment she will recommend. When I asked if she was serious she laughed. I really thought I found a solution to receiving compassionate cardiac care, but this woman couldn't care less about my time, health, or money. Hopefully she'll care about yours more and glad that I at least got a referral out of it.
