Apparently if you move locations you get a fresh start in google reviews? Dont let the low amount of reviews fool you, they previously had hundreds of them!.. and they still only had 1 star and since they moved locations it appears they took their same horrible service with them. I had the misfortune to frequent this practice for the past 5 years and finally had enough. My original "yearly" check up was scheduled for last November, 2024. I showed up to the appointment only to be told I "should have got a phone call" to reschedule. I had not. Sorry we reschedule for February, I show up to my appointment and guess what? Oh no I should have got a phone call to reschedule?!. I had not. We move the appointment to spring, this time I did get a phone call! To reschedule Get a new appointment, November 2025, 1 year from the original date. Just to be safe i call the day before, I ask to confirm my appointment, i get a confirmation so all is good. The next day I show up to my appointment, 15min early, you know how they always ask you to do that to make things convenient for them, so you're not wasting their time or anything? So when I get there, guess who "should have got a call" to reschedule? Incompetence is too mild a word for the office staff here. If you can ever make it to your appointment, Dr. Qureshi is a great doctor, he was always very attentive and down to earth when I got to see him but unfortunately that does me no good if the rest of his staff cant even do the bare minimum. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.
