The only reason for such a low rating is the front desk staff. #1: if there are people waiting in line, perhaps it's not the time to have an extended personal conversation. #2: When I tell you everything is still the same (particularly since I have very recently seen multiple doctors), I don't believe the response is well you've never been here before (in a snotty tone). My response: you are part of Christiana, right? To which she began to rattle off all the info in which she claimed ignorant of having. Try hard not to lie. #3: when the sign at the check in desk says see person to the left if there is a line, it would be nice for that person to actually be there. Instead she was hovering and running her mouth to the main check in receptionist. Obviously the main receptionist I dealt with is not fond of her job and should think about a career away from the public. Absolute circus. On another note, the backend staff was fantastic! I was treated with concern and dignity. It's too bad I have a bad taste in my mouth now. I am dreading going back only because I have to deal with stupidity in order to get back to the competent ones. I liken it to a restaurant. I don't care how good the food is. If I am treated badly for absolutely no reason, I'm not stepping back into the establishment. Do better.

I arrived for my appointment before my 3:30 scheduled time, was checked in and had a seat. I notice a few ppl who came after me be called to the back. Around 4 pm, I asked for the status of my appointment and was told that I was only checked in on one system and now the NP left for the day!! I needed this appointment as I was having symptoms and called approx 2 weeks ago to be seen. I lost 3 hrs from my job and was told the soonest that I can be seen is on Monday at 1. Unacceptable!! Then I was told that I should have come to the window sooner!! Excuse me you should keep track of the patients in the waiting area. How dare you make this my fault.

Dr. Sernyak has repeatedly dismissed my tachycardia symptoms as being anxiety related and when I tried to schedule an appointment the office staff were extremely unprofessional. She walked away from the phone to have a conversation with a coworker which I could hear in the background and when she got back expected me to know what information she wanted telepathically I guess

I had 2 stents put in not planned it was an emergency. My discharge papers states to follow up within a week called for an appointment the best they said they can do was aug. 1st.the procedure was july13 very disappointing! Not to mention could be lfe threatening!!

I was asked by my cardiologist to take my blood pressure readings twice a day for two weeks because of a new medicine. I called up And asked if there was an email address I could send my readings to. I was told they do not accept email, that I had to either fax the information, relay the information over the phone, Or bring it to the office. I do not have the fuel to drive to the office every time they need this information. I do not have a way to fax because I do not have a way to print. I do not have a computer or printer. So I guess my cardiologist Just isn't going to get the information that he requested. That is my only issue, not being able to get information easily to the group.
