The only reason for such a low rating is the front desk staff. #1: if there are people waiting in line, perhaps it's not the time to have an extended personal conversation. #2: When I tell you everything is still the same (particularly since I have very recently seen multiple doctors), I don't believe the response is well you've never been here before (in a snotty tone). My response: you are part of Christiana, right? To which she began to rattle off all the info in which she claimed ignorant of having. Try hard not to lie. #3: when the sign at the check in desk says see person to the left if there is a line, it would be nice for that person to actually be there. Instead she was hovering and running her mouth to the main check in receptionist. Obviously the main receptionist I dealt with is not fond of her job and should think about a career away from the public. Absolute circus. On another note, the backend staff was fantastic! I was treated with concern and dignity. It's too bad I have a bad taste in my mouth now. I am dreading going back only because I have to deal with stupidity in order to get back to the competent ones. I liken it to a restaurant. I don't care how good the food is. If I am treated badly for absolutely no reason, I'm not stepping back into the establishment. Do better.
