The staff has canceled my mother's appointment for tomorrow despite the fact that she let them know that she's not feeling well and with the staff knowing that her blood pressure is running higher than usual and that she really needs to see the cardiologist. Very frustrating office to deal with! I've called and left voicemails in the past with no return call or response. completely unacceptable!

Office receptionist Raquel hung up on my dads nurse when he was just trying to get information regarding his declining health status. Prasad himself might in fact be the best in Delaware but his bedside manner is abhorrent. Go to another state if possible. Would avoid at all costs.

Every time I need any kind of a form cardiac clearance or whatever office staff claims they never got it and I have to have it resent from my provider. Today my husband went in for an appointment that he had changed months ago from next week to today but it was never changed it in the system. Fortunately, the reason he changed it in the first place was eliminated This was wasted time for him to get there. Most Unprofessional!

Very disappointed in follow-up care following a heart procedure. The doctor never spoke to my wife or myself afterwards. Left several messages on office voicemail with no call back

Dr. Prasad is the BEST cardiologist I have ever met. He is thorough and definitely takes a whole body approach. He is knowledgeable and very good at what he does. Great bedside manner. Honestly, I feel like it is hard to find a cardiologist as female. He didn't treat me like a "hysterical woman" and wow... I'm a nursing student and I intend to go for my NP... I will be recommending him to any cardio patient especially women! He sits down and talks to you almost like a peer to peer vs superior to inferior etc. Great Great Cardiologist!
