Patient
An MRI for an issue with my pancreas showed I have a pericardial cyst, and I was referred to Dr Fedalen, who ordered another scan zeroing in on that issue. It showed my cyst is about 2.5"x1.6" (6.5x4.1 cm). I asked why there are only 2 dimensions given when any object has 3 dimensions, and got no answer. I was offered an immediate operation to drain the cyst, but when I asked what danger there was from leaving the cyst, (which it is likely I was born with), I was told it could cause tiredness - hell, I'll be 78, I'm USED to tiredness - that was not a compelling argument to me for an operation. We agreed to monitor with another scan in a while to see if it grows. Dr Fedalen showed great patience answering my many questions, and gave me confidence that he knew what he was talking about, and should I need an operation, I would have no reservations in having him do it.
